Journalist Neil Chethik investigated the mind of a married man. Before I read the article, I had a the simple assumption that NY men are different from the red states. After reading it, men are cut from the same fabric whether you're red, blue, black or white. So what do men want? They want the women to initiate romance. Hmmm, very interesting. Similar to a man's desire for a woman across the room to come over and hit on him like Scarlett Johansson seducing Topher Grace In Good Company. Sure I wish I was Topher Grace in Scarlett's dorm room at NYU, but it ain't happening. Well it begs the question, when will men become real men? Ask yourself, are you a wuss?

Mr. Chethik goes into how married men are surprised by how long women can go without having sex. And this occurs b/c men are waiting for their spouse to put on the lingerie and start the sparks. Hmmm, very interesting. Just remember the theme of this blog, it all starts with the man and if you live in NYC, there are many starting points. If you haven't done anything in a while, maybe your starting point is a new restaurant that she's never been to or one that she's heard of that everyone raves about or a place she's read about in Page Six.
