You can splurge a bit on Valentine's Day, so why not give her a spa day or afternoon at one of many great spas in the city: Peninsula Hotel, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, or Silk Day Spa. And with your remaining dollars, give her a shopping spree at one of her favorite places like Henri Bendel or at Barneys where she can buy a dress she loves for your Valentine's dinner.
