Coming this Sunday is the third annual Time Out for Hunger. On Febraury 26th, by dining out at select restaurants across most boroughs, 10% of you bill will be donated to the Food Bank for New York City. The restaurants on the list are definitely some of my recent favs, such as Babbo, BLT Prime, Fleur de Sel, Turks & Frogs, The Elephant and Public. Unfortunately, I'm heading back to Las Vegas again this weekend so I'll miss out, but I hope you go out and dine. Just wanted to make a special note of Public which was introduced to me by my friend Maurice, which has one of the best brunches in NYC. Public's Banana stuffed French toast is simply outstanding, and you can finish it off with the chocolate plate. Mmmmmmm!
