To some hardcore New Yorkers, I'm in enemy territory known as Boston or as they say, bahh-ston. Upon my arrival into Red Sox nation, I checked out Newbury Street and it's got some great stores. After our excursion down Newbury, we arrived at Sonsie for brunch. If you're ever in Boston for the weekend, check out Sonsie because it's got a great crowd, a fairly attentive wait staff and pretty good food. Their menu had a nice selection of sandwiches, a couple of pasta dishes and breakfast. I opted for a simple egg brunch. I haven't been to many places in Boston, but based on today's brunch and the numerous "best of" awards hanging by the door, it seems like a pretty good bet if you're on Newbury.
