A friend of mine who's a musician in the city said a great place to go is Jazz at Lincoln Center. She keeps raving about it and so to satisfy her before I actually go to Lincoln Center is this post. I'm not a jazz enthusiast, but I did grow up enjoying certain parts of jazz like the Glenn Miller Orchestra. Wish I knew more about jazz.
